Preferred Hot Melt Formula

High-Performance Hot Melt Adhesive

This is our go-to formula because it offers exceptional thermal stability and low density. Why is that important? It minimizes maintenance requirements and maximizes the mileage you get out of a pound of glue.

  • Up to 40% Reduced Glue Consumption:
    • This formula is a Metallocene based hot melt formula
    • Metallocene based adhesives have a lower density compared to traditional EVA based formulas. Since adhesives are sold by weight/pound, the same amount of glue can last up to 40% longer than traditional EVAs.
  • Minimal Maintenance Requirements and Maximum Uptime Performance:
    • High thermal stability increases pot life and efficiency, which is especially important if glue tanks operate non-stop
    • No char formation in glue tank keeps equipment clean and prevents clogged nozzles and hoses, effectively minimizing maintenance cost, downtime and replacement parts
    • Minimal stringing makes it an excellent choice for stitch pattern applications
  • Extremely Versatile:
    • The large temperature range makes it suitable for applications that are subject to temperature fluctuations
    • Our high-performance formula fits over 97% of applications
    • Excellent bond strength
