In addition, Pearson factory technicians and engineers regularly travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting.

If a performance problem cannot be resolved in the first service visit, expect us to return with engineering support to collaboratively identify the root cause and develop a suitable fix without unnecessary delays.
