Flexicell exclusively focused on automating picking, packing, and palletizing in the most efficient, flexible and scalable way – robotically. With over 25 years of experience, Flexicell was the longest established robotics-only solution provider in the packaging industry. Flexicell’s line of standard, compact palletizers is now available through Pearson Packaging Systems.
Moen Industries
Acquired in 2012
Moen Industries' specialized expertise in bliss box formers and sealers filled a strategic gap in Pearson’s portfolio. Ideal for heavy, non-self-supporting products, bliss boxes provide a durable and cost-effective alternative to regular RSC and HSC cases. Bliss formers for various applications and speeds up to 40 cases/min have been adopted into Pearson's portfolio.
Goodman Packaging
Acquired in 2008
Known for their gantry style packers and all-in-one machines, Goodman Packaging Equipment provided Pearson with advanced product handling expertise such as sorting, orienting and collating. This strategic acquisition enabled Pearson to pursue increasingly complex packing challenges and paved the way to pursue integrated systems projects.
