Dual Floor Collaborative Robotic Palletizer

The CPC-DF is a space-conscious dual-floor palletizer that leverages a collaborative robot to efficiently build pallet loads. With two pallet positions, one can be manually unloaded while the robot continues stacking on the other to keep your operation moving.

Pearson’s Cobot Palletizers use FANUC collaborative robots with over 80,000 hrs of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), minimal maintenance requirements and the flexibility to easily adapt to new pallet patterns or case sizes. The intuitive user interface (HMI) with integrated pallet configuration tool to create, modify, copy or clear new pattern recipes simplifies operation and minimizes training needs.

The CPC-DF is able to run up to 8 cycles per minute picking single or multiple products at a time depending on the desired pattern type, case orientation & case weight. Optional safety scanners and barrier guarding provide added protection and allow for consistent, uninterrupted operation in shared workspaces.

Enhance palletizing consistency and line performance with operator-friendly automation.

User Centric Design

User centric design is about making the interaction with our machines as intuitive as possible. We want to reduce the learning curve for operators and maintenance technicians, make it easy to interpret data from the machine into actionable information, minimize the margin for human errors and make set up, changeover and fault recovery a faster and more seamless process resulting in improved up time and equipment availability.
