Robotic Product Patterning & Case Packing for Snack Pouches

This dual lane robotic cell patterns and packs products into cases at rates of 180 ppm. Within a limited footprint, the following sequence occurs: – Vision and line tracking determines product location for picking – Delta and 6-axis FANUC robots share the workload to form product patterns, prepare empty cases for loading, and pick and place products into cassettes for case packing – Metal cassettes hold and transition product stacks into cases – An intuitive HMI supports operation, changeovers and troubleshooting – The cell is equipped with Remote Access capability
