Robotic Case Packing for Cartons of Baked Goods

This robotic top loader used a custom-designed end-of-arm tool to pick and place cartons of baked goods at rates up to 62ppm. An intuitive HMI supports operation and troubleshooting, and changeovers are quick and tool-less. Plus, the cell comes with Remote Access capability, machine status lighting and safety redundancy.
