RPC-MX

Pearson’s RPC-MX Robotic Palletizer is highly configurable and capable of handling a wide array of product types including cases, trays, totes, bags, pails, drums, or jugs. Using single unit, full row or layer picks, the RPC-MX easily accommodates slow to high-speed, and single to multi-infeed requirements. The end-of-arm tool is configured to the specific application and optimized to guarantee product quality and pallet stability.

All of Pearson’s Palletizers use FANUC robotics with over 80,000 hrs of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for minimal maintenance requirements and the flexibility to easily adapt to new pallet patterns or case sizes, making the cells a reliable choice for high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing and distribution environments. An intuitive user interface (HMI) with integrated pallet configuration tool further simplifies operation and minimizes training needs.

Further optimize your palletizing cell by adding automatic pallet load and discharge function, slip or tier sheet handling, stretch wrapping, or pallet labeling.

User Centric Design

User centric design is about making the interaction with our machines as intuitive as possible. We want to reduce the learning curve for operators and maintenance technicians, make it easy to interpret data from the machine into actionable information, minimize the margin for human errors and make set up, changeover and fault recovery a faster and more seamless process resulting in improved up time and equipment availability.

Popular Upgrade Options

Automatic Pallet Handling

Automatic pallet discharge and/or pick and placement and conveying to the pick station and out of the cell.

Bar Code Reader

Also known as a barcode scanner, integrating a bar code reader enables the automatic identification and tracking of pallets and their contents, for faster processing, reduced errors, and improved inventory management.

Check Weighing

Ensure each palletized load, or individual packages before palletizing, meets a specified weight requirement, preventing underweight or overweight shipments.

Low or High Temperature Package

Electrical enclosures located in cold and humid environments maintain better performance and longevity with the addition of a heater and drier package. In high-temperature environments, the addition of an air conditioner may be necessary for optimal performance.

Metal Detector

Detect metal contaminants in products before they are stacked on pallets, ensuring product safety and preventing damage to equipment.

Pallet Labelers

Quickly and accurately label pallets on one or multiple sides with information like product details, barcodes, and shipping instructions.

Pallet Strappers

Integration of a strapping machine, that automatically applies straps around the loaded pallet to hold the stacked products securely.

Plant Level Ethernet Connection

A Network Address Translation device allows specific Ethernet network configurations across multiple machines in the plant network and offers the ability for remote support through VPN connections.

Slip or Tier Sheet Insertion

Integration of slip or tier sheet dispensing and placement between layers of product, ensuring stability and preventing damage during handling and storage.

Stretch Wrap Integration

Integrated stretch wrapping to secure palletized load for transport and storage. Stretch wrapping can be added into the stacking process or after the pallet is completed.

Washdown Requirements

Upgrade package for non-caustic, non-clean environments protecting against low-pressure jets of water from all directions.
