Pearson’s Pallet Handling Palletizer not only automates the pallet load and discharge function but it also supports slip sheet handling. An empty pallet and associated slip sheet is picked by the robot and placed at the palletizing location while full pallets are conveyed out of the work cell. The cell supports cases/trays and bliss boxes up to 40 lbs. and comes mostly pre-assembled on a common base for easy placement and start-up. Advanced features such as an easy-to-use pallet configuration tool and a conveniently accessible grace port are standard.

Standard Features

The easy-to-use pallet configuration tool allows to quickly create, modify, copy or clear new pattern recipes on the HMI or adjust parameters such as case or pallet height, number of layers, pick/drop speeds or delays during production. A changeover using a pre-programmed recipe can be accomplished in under 1min. To set up a new recipe, trained technicians require approximately 5min.

Grace ports provide convenient communication and low-voltage power portals at the outside of the machine’s electrical cabinet.

Allows Pearson’s support team on-demand access to the equipment’s PLC and HMI through a secure VPN connection via an eWON router (ISECOM STAR and ISO27001 certified) to support emergency troubleshooting and reduce on-site visits.
