Spokane, WA – From September 28th to 30th, Pearson Packaging Systems, longstanding provider of full end-of-line packaging machinery and integration services, will be exhibiting at the industry’s leading tradeshow, Pack Expo in Las Vegas.
At this year’s event, Pearson will continue to focus attendees’ attention on its comprehensive portfolio of secondary packaging automation solutions consisting of Erect, Pack, Seal and Palletize as well as full line integration capabilities. In addition, Pearson will be introducing its User Centric Design Release 2.0.
UCD – originally launched in the summer of 2014, helps maximize packaging machine and system availability by proactively simplifying the interaction between operators and maintenance personnel and the machine interfaces. UCD is an iterative program driving continuous machine improvements based on customer feedback and comprehensive usage studies. While UCD 1.0 primarily focused on operators, UCD 2.0 targets maintenance personnel with such features as preventive maintenance, remote access and a mobile HMI.
Show attendees will be able to closely observe Pearson’s fully random and fully automatic, high speed, case sealer. Fully equipped with UCD 2.0, the Pearson Model CS30-RT top and/or bottom seals an unlimited number of random case sizes within a given range. The compact and rugged, continuous motion sealer runs up to 30 cases per minute across the entire case size range. As national and international retail markets continue to change dramatically in favor of e-commerce, with growth rates consistently reported in double digit numbers, Pearson’s CS30-RT is particularly well positioned to support the most demanding 24/7 distribution and fulfillment applications.
Pearson Packaging Systems will be exhibiting at booth # C-2931.
