Robotic Tray Loading and Unloading for Prepared Food Pouches

In this tray application, three robots with custom tooling load and unload pouches of food for and after processing, and also carry out tray handling functions. Manual load and unload stations are housed within the cell. And, an intuitive HMI makes operation and troubleshooting simple, while remote access capability, machine status lighting, and safety redundancy comes standard.
