Configured for a wide range of case applications and corrugate variances, Pearson’s CE15 Case Erector reliably opens knockdown cases at speeds of up to 15CPM.

This robotic palletizer provides an automated solution for challenging pallet operations with the flexibility to change over product sizes with the touch of a button. The multi-functioning end-of-arm tool handles pallets, layer sheets, cases, and pails.

In this application, a Pearson case erector and case sealer form consistently square and securely sealed cases. Cartons are conveyed into the load position. The robot will pick up two cartons from the infeed conveyor and place the cartons into two cases in a smooth motion.
