This video showcases the Pearson RPC-DF Dual Floor Palletizing Cell building transport-ready loads from sealed cases. A zoned motor-driven infeed and case positioning device square each case for accurate picking, while a patented multi-zone vacuum end-of-arm tool handles cases, base sheets, and slip sheets with continuous 360-degree rotation and no external wiring. Dual floor-level load zones allow pallet exchange without interrupting production, and muting light curtains support safe operator access while palletizing continues in the adjacent station.
