High-Output Tray Former | Pearson TF25
This video shows the Pearson TF25 tray former forming corner-post trays at up to 25 per minute. A vertical magazine stages flat blanks, and a vacuum pull-down feeds them one at a time. An active forming section with a rollover mechanism squares each blank as the mandrel drives it into shape, hot melt bonds the corner posts, and powered compression belts hold every fold as the adhesive cures. The result is a dimensionally consistent tray, formed square to specification on a heavy-duty welded tubular frame, cycle after cycle.
