Cases arrive and are accumulated on an accumulating conveyor. Product is collated, formed into rows, cross pushed when needed, picked, and stacked onto the pallet. Container bins are received and buffered to the bin loading station. Cases are fed into the palletizing infeed conveyor from the customers conveyor. Once two cases are accumulated at the pick station, they are registered and aligned allowing for robotic handling. The robot picks the cases from the bottom with a fork style tool and places them in the bin with the proper orientation.
