Parts Sales Manager

Description

As a Parts Sales Manager Pearson Packaging Systems, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership for our Aftermarket Parts Sales team and supporting the VP of Aftermarket Sales & Service to achieve revenue targets and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will require the development and management of procedures and policies governing parts pricing, departmental training, customer correspondence, and dispute resolution.

• By working closely with our customers and your direct reports to provide top-notch customer service

• By successfully setting the direction and vision of the team while holding members accountable for the expectations set forth for the department and position

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of Customer Service, Sales and demonstrated leadership skills

• Experience developing and managing parts pricing models

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, Epicor preferred

• 2D and 3D CAD reading and interpretation

• Packaging, Automation, or Manufacturing experience preferred
