Executive Administrator

Location: Spokane, WA


We are looking for an exceptionally bright and self-motivated Executive Administrator to support the CEO, CFO, COO and Sales Executive team members.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. A successful candidate will possesses the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without knowing the total picture.


  • Review, monitor, and respond to C suite incoming correspondence, including mail, email, phone calls and meeting requests
  • Handle and organize meeting logistics including scheduling, sending reminders, or other related tasks
  • Make travel arrangements, manage documentation, and submit expense reports
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Represent executives at meetings and community events
  • Appropriately receive, organize, and maintain information that may be sensitive, confidential, or technical in nature
  • Other business-related tasks as need to support the CEO and senior staff


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years experience in an Executive Administrative capacity
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment, build effective relationships inside and outside of the company, and complete time-sensitive tasks in a confidential environment
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize information systems to accomplish work-related tasks (e.g. Customer Relationship Management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), travel and expense reporting software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making
  • Calendar management of executive leaders, space management of office facilities, and a high degree of professionalism is required for this role
