The Pearson SS45 side sealer is ruggedly built and designed to handle bliss boxes and trays at speeds of up to 45 cases per minute. This machine effectively addresses the “flagging” and “skewing” challenges commonly associated with continuous motion sealers. A convenient bypass option eliminates the need for additional conveying when pre-sealed boxes or cases without tops are introduced into the line. And, an intuitive HMI makes operation and troubleshooting simple, while remote access capability, machine status lighting, and safety redundancy comes standard.
