Customer Service Representative - Spokane, WA

Description

Pearson Packaging Systems is searching for a Customer Service Representative to oversee the planning and coordination of all commissioning and field service projects. The qualified individual will ensure installation/resolution objectives are met according to schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders for machine installations, upgrades, refurbishments and services
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers regarding scheduling, scope, documentation and contractual requirements
  • Execute clerical duties including quotations, order entry, trip report review and authorization, parts request reviews, and service report follow-up
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls and review satisfaction surveys to ensure a successful customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Service position with demonstrated ability to solve problems, improve the customer experience and manage customer relationships
  • Superior verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Strong organization skills, including the ability to solve problems and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, Epicor or related ERP software, and quoting software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and organize cross-functional meetings in a professional manner
